1. **Authorized Mechanics**: Only Hugo Cars mechanics are authorized to carry out repairs under this warranty. Utilizing external mechanics will void the warranty. If our mechanics are unable to resolve an issue, repairs may be outsourced to main dealerships only.
2. **Service Scheduling**: Vehicles must be scheduled for service within the timeframe specified in the warranty document.
3. **Issue Reporting**: Hugo Cars must be notified of any issues within 24 hours of their occurrence. No repairs or work should be undertaken before informing Hugo Cars.
4. **Repair Instructions**: Only Hugo Cars can authorize whether a vehicle can be driven or towed
5. **60 Day Money-back guarantee**:
In the event that our skilled mechanics are unable to resolve a mechanical issue, the work will be outsourced to an authorized main dealership to ensure the highest standards of service. Should the dealership also be unable to implement a permanent solution, and the issue persists beyond 60 working days from the initial reporting date, you will be eligible for a full refund.
6. ** Securing a car**:
A deposit is defined as a financial commitment to purchase, serving as a formal agreement between the buyer and seller. When placing a deposit on a car, it is crucial to carefully consider this decision, as it constitutes a legally binding contract to finalize the purchase.
By making a deposit, we remove the advertisement for the vehicle and restrict access for other prospective buyers, affirming your intent to buy. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, and any exceptions are made at the discretion of our staff, emphasizing the importance of ensuring your decision before committing to a deposit.
