I have come across Hugo Cars searching online for a car for myself. The review scores caught my attention and I took some time looking at adds to find my perfect match. Absolutely fabulous service from Don and the guys. I bought a car a few weeks before going on holiday which needed a new timing chain done before I could collect it. They provided me a temporary car (Audi A6) to take away on holiday at no cost and without any hassle. Highly recommend buying from them and I will return in the future.

Until now I had bad experience with car dealerships. However I checked Hugo Cars and the reviews were very good. That’s one of the reasons I decided to go with them and I bought 2016 Ford Mondeo from them. Very friendly and professional service. Car was as advertised, no pressure on the buyer or hidden costs. Car was serviced and drove like new. Once I have decided, the car was ready for collection within 3 days. They took my old car as part exchanged with a fair offer. A Very nice fellow called Dalius looked after us, he was Patient and kind. The car was already sourced and it was a matter of checking it out and make sure it was to our satisfaction. We made our Deal and there was a certain time we had to wait to get the Paper Work in order. He organised a coworker to drop us off at a Restaurant so we could get some Food and refreshments and ring when we were ready. It worked out very well and the deal was done and we were ready to Motor. We travelled down the Country in a Very Comfortable, Smooth car, Happy out.

Don was a gent to deal with. He was genuine and friendly without being 'salesy'. Offered a fair price for my old car and gave me all the info I needed on the car I eventually bought. I bought a lovely BMW from Hugo Cars 2 weeks ago. I dealt with Don. There is a no nonsense approach by him and not one bit pushy. He handed me keys for a test drive immediately, the car is perfect as stated by Don. He allowed me to take it out to my own garage and was very confident the car was how it was advertised, which it was. The 1 year warranty is great peace of mind and the car was nctd for 2 years. I would certainly recommend these guys and look forward to deal with them in the future myself. 5 stars.
