Our guiding principle is, “Take Care of Your Car, and It Will Take Care of You.” To ensure our customers enjoy a reliable driving experience, we require that your vehicle be serviced with us every 12 months or 15,000 kilometres, whichever comes first, to maintain warranty coverage.
We will send a reminder at the 11-month mark; however, it is your responsibility to schedule a service no later than one month or 1,000 kilometres beyond the recommended maintenance interval. For your convenience, service stickers outlining servicing information can be found in the top right corner of the windscreen.
All services are performed exclusively by our team of skilled mechanics or certified main dealers, as we do not rely on external mechanics.
EV & Hybrid maintenance
At Hugo Cars we have the latest technology for checking the status of an EV battery health. Each EV car that is sold by us goes through this reliable independent test to make sure that the cars battery hasn’t deteriorated.

Our service options include:
– **Basic Service – €188:** This includes an oil change, oil filter replacement, and a comprehensive 101-point vehicle health check.
Faulty components covered under warranty will be replaced at no additional cost.
– **Full Service – €288:** This package comprises an oil change, oil filter replacement, air filter, and spark plugs (where applicable), along with a detailed 101-point vehicle health inspection. Any faulty components covered by the warranty will be replaced at no additional cost.
– **Full Service + Full Valet – €388:** This encompasses everything in the Full Service with the addition of a full valet. All faulty parts covered under warranty will be replaced at no extra charge as well.
Due to our busy schedule, we do not take on repair work for the general public. However, we are more than happy to work on the vehicles of our previous clients, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.
