Our guiding principle is, “Take Care of Your Car, and It Will Take Care of You.” To ensure our customers enjoy a reliable driving experience and in order to maintain a warranty cover for your vehicle, we require that throughout the warranty term your vehicle is serviced with us every 12 months or15,000 kilometres, whichever comes first.
We will send a reminder at the 11-month mark; however, it is your responsibility to schedule a service no later than one month or 1,000 kilometres beyond the recommended maintenance interval. For your convenience, service stickers outlining servicing information can be found in the top right corner of the windscreen.
All services are performed exclusively by our in-house team of skilled mechanics or certified main dealers.
EV & Hybrid maintenance
At Hugo Cars we have the latest technology for checking the status of an EV battery’s health. All electric and hybrid vehicle high-voltage batteries are being independently tested and subjected to the approval process by our in-house technical team. Each vehicle is supplied with relevant test reports clearly indicating battery health. A copy of the report can be obtained by contacting our sales team at 087 1171219.
Our routine service options include:
– **Basic Service (€188:**) includes an engine oil change, oil filter replacement, and a comprehensive 101-point vehicle health check.
Any issues covered under the warranty will be addressed at no additional cost.
– **Full Service (€288:**) option comprises of an engine oil change, oil filter replacement, air filter, and spark plugs (where applicable), along with a detailed 101-point vehicle health inspection.
Any issues covered under the warranty will be addressed at no additional cost.
– **Full Service + Full Valet (€388:**) all of the above and full professional valet, carried out by our own in-house valeting team.

**Due to our busy schedule, we do not accept bookings for service & repairs from the general public. However, we are more than happy to accommodate clients of the past to provide a quality care and attention they deserve.
